Return Policy for KT Kurti Tops

7-Day Return Policy
At KT Kurti Tops, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery of your order.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return

  • Contact us at support@sassafras.in to start a return.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Note: For safety reasons, mask returns will not be processed.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The exchanged product will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the receipt of the returned product.

Refunds

  • We have a no-questions-asked refund/return policy.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. For the next 7 days, approval with a valid reason is required.
  • Refunds are subject to the inspection of the returned item. Used, soiled, torn, unclean, or incorrect products may result in a declined refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • Note: Bank or credit card companies may take some time to process and post the refund.
